Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center has a built-up area of 77,000m². There are a total of three exhibition halls and a 4,800m² indoor hall for opening ceremonies which accommodates 6,000 people, with 2,320 standard booth spaces in the room. The exhibition center can hold various types of exhibitions, demonstrations, performances and other activities. The exhibition hall equipment meets the international exhibition standards. The outdoor exhibition hall is 25,000m². It can be used for mass exhibitions, large-scale performances and outdoor exhibitions of large equipment. There are separate customs supervision warehouses, exhibition warehouses, high-end restaurants, and thousands of fast food service spots in the exhibition center.

The program has passed the evaluation of over ten renowned experts from within and beyond Hainan Province, and has been approved by the Haikou Municipal People's Government.
