Reasons for basement leakage in villas.
The basement is located below ground level, with high water content in the surrounding area. In some southern regions, the waterproof layer of certain basements can only resist the flow of water into the interior of the basement, but can not prevent water from entering the concrete structure of the basement. Therefore, over time, it is difficult to avoid leakage.
In addition, after the exterior waterproofing of the basement fails, the interior waterproofing materials are exposed to a humid environment or water immersion for a long time, and their waterproofing performance is greatly weakened. Over time, the waterproofing effect gradually decreases.
Waterproofing Maintenance Plan
1. Material selection for leak repair: All Qinglong Products
2. Process Flow: For Leak Repair: Inject Qinglong leak stopper/ Qinglong durable water Gel into the rack. If the surface is not compacted, remove the loose part and apply Qinglong leak stopper solution to stop the water leakage. For critical areas: Clean the base surface > apply Qinglong Concrete No2 to seal and reinforce the base surface> apply Qinglong all-purpose adhesive (non-woven fabric)
3. For Leak Repair: Inject Qinglong leak stopper/ Qinglong durable water gel into crack. If the surface is not compacted, remove the loose part and apply Qinglong leak stopper solution to stop the water leakage. For critical areas: Clean the base surface > apply Qinglong all-purpose adhesive (non-woven fabric)
